在桂外国朋友们:

 

  值此2022年中国农历新年来临之际,广西壮族自治区外事办公室向您谨致以新春的祝福!

 

  当前,全球新冠肺炎疫情大流行仍处于高位运行,奥密克戎变异株增加了疫情的不确定性。为了您的健康,我们提出如下倡议:

 

  一、主动配合疫情防控。请各位在进入商场、超市、娱乐场所、旅游景区、餐饮场所等人员密集公共场所和居住小区时务必佩戴口罩,配合做好测量体温、查验健康码和行程卡等检查。请及时接听电话,配合社区防疫人员调查;如不配合调查、瞒报或谎报事实,造成严重后果的,将依法依规追究责任。

 

  二、切实做好个人防护。如您有头痛发热、咳嗽乏力、嗅(味)觉减退或腹泻等异常症状,请立即前往设有发热门诊(诊室)的医疗机构就诊。日常生活中坚持常态化疫情防控措施,养成勤洗手、通风、保持社交距离、分餐制、用公筷、一米线等良好习惯。同时,在没有接种禁忌的情况下,主动接种新冠疫苗,有效预防新冠肺炎。

 

  三、请谨慎安排出行。请各位尽量减少外出,倡导非必要不旅行。确需外出的,要密切关注当前疫情动态,了解目的地疫情防控政策,尽量不去人员密集场所,减少旅途中的感染风险。乘坐公共交通工具出行时请规范佩戴口罩、配合做好相关防控措施,全程做好个人防护。

 

  四、请减少人员聚集。请各位尽可能减少安排和参加聚集性活动,不邀请国内中高风险地区所在设区市人员来桂。尽量避免去网吧、KTV、酒吧、游戏厅、SPA馆和其他室内密闭娱乐场所。

 

  五、持续加强健康监测。请您持续关注自己的广西健康码和通信大数据行程卡,密切关注权威部门发布的疫情信息与防疫政策,及时了解中高风险地区调整,非必要不离开常住地。一旦发现健康码、行程卡为“红码”或“黄码”,必须第一时间向所在社区(村)及工作单位、就学学校报告并配合落实核酸检测、隔离观察等防控措施。如有任何疑问或建议,您可以拨打广西卫生健康热线电话0771-12320,工作人员将及时回应您的关切。

  A Letter from the Foreign Affairs Office of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to International Friends in Guangxi

 

 

Dear international friends in Guangxi,

 

 

 

  On the occasion of the 2022 Chinese New Year, the Foreign Affairs Office of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region sends its best regards to you.

 

 

 

  At present, the COVID-19 is still raging across the world. The Omicron variant makes the situation more unpredictable. To ensure your health, we suggest the following:

 

 

 

  First, cooperate with prevention and control measures. Please wear a mask and cooperate with temperature taking, health code and travel code checking while returning to your community or entering crowded public areas such as supermarkets, entertainment facilities, scenic spots, and restaurants. Answer calls in time and cooperate with epidemiological investigations. One who refuses to cooperate or who withholds COVID-19-related information or misrepresents the information shall bear legal responsibilities.

 

 

 

  Second, take personal protection steps. If you have symptoms such as headache, fever, cough, fatigue, loss of taste or smell, or diarrhea, please seek medical attention at a medical facility  with a fever clinic. Take on-going steps in your daily life to prevent infection. Wash your hands, keep ventilation and social distance, have serving of individual dishes, use serving chopsticks, and wait in line at an interal of 1 meter. Get vaccinated if you do not have conditions that prevent you from vaccination.

 

 

 

  Third, properly make your holiday travel plan. Cut back on your time spent outdoors. Avoid unnecessary travels. If you must leave Guangxi, pay close attention to the dynamic of COVID-19 cases and familiarize yourself with the prevention and control policies of your destination. Avoid crowded areas to minimize your risk of getting infected during the trip. If you take public transport, please properly wear a mask and cooperate with prevention and control measures during the whole trip.

 

 

 

  Fourth, avoid social gatherings. Do not arrange or attend social gatherings unless they are necessary. Do not invite people from cities with middle or high risk areas to Guangxi. Avoid entering indoor entertainment facilities such as internet cafes, KTVs, bars, amusement arcades, and SPAs.

 

 

 

  Fifth, constantly monitor your health. Pay constant attention to your health code and travel code. Pay close attention to the COVID-19-related information and policies released by authorities. Pay attention to the changes of middle and high risk areas. Do not leave Guangxi unless it is necessary. Once you find your health code or travel code has turned red or yellow, report to your community, employer, or school and cooperate with measures such as nucleic acid tests and quarantine.
